Sarah N

Patient Care Coordinator, Adult Clinic ~ Sarah joined the High Pointe team in May 2020. She is originally from Charleston, SC, and remains a beach bum at heart. Her husband, Jonathan, is a Clarksville native which is how she landed in Tennessee. The couple has two fur babies, a cat Piper and a dog named Riggins. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Anderson University in 2016 and has been in the medical field ever since. Sarah is likely one of the first faces you’ll see when coming into the clinic, greeting our patients with a smile, checking them in, and answering questions. She truly loves helping patients every step of the way as they begin their therapy journey at High Pointe. When she isn’t working, she enjoys time with family and being outdoors – that might hiking, chasing a waterfall, or enjoying a fresh cup of coffee with friends.
