PT, DPT

Physical Therapist ~ Sam is a Clarksville transplant originally from Savannah, GA. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2012 and with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Armstrong State University in 2017. Sam is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and enjoys treating patients with a variety of diagnoses including neurological diagnoses. When Sam isn’t at the clinic, she stays busy teaching Pure Barre and raising her three girls Poppy, Piper, & Lola. Sam is our resident foodie and always offers the best restaurant and food truck recommendations. Her hobbies include shopping, especially if it involves headbands! She likes to bring color into the clinic in the form of shoes and accessories. Sam has the gift of hospitality and seems to know everyone in Clarksville – she makes everyone feel known and comfortable! Fun Fact: Sam is terrifed of anything that crawls, slithers or vomits.
