Speech Language Pathologist ~ Brittany joined the High Pointe team in July of 2020. She received her bachelor of music degree from Butler University in Indianapolis, where she worked as an elementary music teacher for 4 years. She earned her master’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from Tennessee State University in 2019 and her certification for Lee Silverman Voice Therapy in 2020. Brittany is passionate about increasing patients’ participation in daily life activities through fostering functional communication in a naturalistic setting. She also believes speech sessions should be a combination of data-driven strategies and patient-led fun! In her spare time, Brittany enjoys reading, yoga, writing and performing songs with her husband, and of course spending time with her young daughter.
