Our interview process is unique – you will first interview with the owner and have the opportunity to tour our clinic. We try to offer different opportunities to meet our team and observe in our clinic, depending on the needs of the candidate and position desired. The process may include coffee, group interviews, and/or dinner out to make sure the needs of the candidate and our team are met. This interview process was developed by our team to help select individuals who were like-minded, fit our chemistry, and who are truly committed to the High Pointe mission.

We do not restrict your continuing education to in-house offerings – we sit down and decide what areas you want to grow and design a continuing education program that benefits you and the company. - AMAZING TEAM & CULTURE: We are not a McTherapy clinic. Our therapists work together as a team to provide care that cannot be replicated easily. We hire therapists who make our team stronger and challenge us to be better! We are very aware there is life outside of therapy (gasp) and we want to support our team in growing not only professionally but personally.
- TRAINING: We provide several “niche” services such as pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, ASTYM, ART, pediatric intensives, sensory integration, and feeding therapy. Most recently we have renovated our downstairs space into a state-of-the-art, full-service pediatric clinic. We offer in-house training as well as a generous continuing education benefit to support our therapists in developing services that would add to our ability to better serve Clarksville / Montgomery County.
- HISTORY OF EXCELLENCE: Since 2006, High Pointe has established itself as the premier provider of physical therapy services in Clarksville / Montgomery County. We expanded those services to include both occupational and speech therapies when we opened our new pediatric clinic in Fall 2015. At High Pointe, we #expectgreatthings!

Physical Therapist (PT) – Pelvic Health (1 opening – experience preferred but not required).
Hours: Part-time or Full Time (benefits available at 30 hours/week or above)
Availability: Immediate opening – currently interviewing.
Patient Care Coordinator (Pediatrics) – Pediatric Care Coordinator (1-2 openings).
Hours: Full Time (benefits available) between the hours of 7am-6pm M/Tu/W/Th and 7am – 4pm Fr; no weekends; 1 year of medical office experience required.
